The ICCP Group is a diversified, medium-sized conglomerate engaged primarily in two main lines of business: financial services and property development.

In financial services, Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines (ICCP) is a leading boutique investment house operating in the Philippines. It was established 27 years ago and DBS Bank of Singapore, a Swiss group and several prominent business leaders in the Philippines constitute its shareholders.

The venture capital arm of the Group is ICCP Venture Partners, Inc. (IVPI), with offices in Manila, Hong Kongand San Francisco. To date, IVPI is the best performing venture capital firm in the Philippines, and its first two funds are in the top 25% of US venture capital fund returns based on statistics of Cambridge Associates.

Fiducia Asset Management Pte. Ltd. was established in Singapore to undertake asset management services primarily targeted at non-Asian money wishing to enter and become better acquainted with the Asian market.

In the field of property development, the ICCP Group is one of the foremost developers of industrial parks through Science Park of the Philippines, Inc., which has almost 800 hectares under development and/or management. The Company has the former AIG-owned Philippine American Life Insurance Company, Fremont Investors, Inc. (of the Bechtel family) as well the Government’s National Development Company, as among some of its shareholders.

On the residential side, developments are carried out through Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, which has been highly successful in township and residential projects in various areas of the country, namely: Sto. Tomas, Batangas ; Lapu-Lapu, Cebu; and San Fernando ,Pampanga .Its largest project is a 360 hectare township in Cagayan de Oro, now almost completely sold out.

The Group also manages and partly owns the World Trade Center Metro Manila, the country’s first and largest world class exhibition facility.
