Financial Analyst, Investment Banking
Successful candidates shall be responsible for performing industry and market research and analysis, analyzing financial statements and business models, building complex financial models (integrated stand-alone, valuation, merger and LBO), drafting information memoranda and other materials required in client pitches and transaction execution. Financial analysts are the junior members of our deal teams.
The Ideal Candidates Should:
- Be graduates of Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering degree programs
- Candidates with other degrees may be considered; however, all candidates must have taken both university-level accounting and finance courses
- Preferably have at least 1-2 years work experience in an investment bank, commercial bank, audit firm or research unit of a stock brokerage firm; however, new graduates may also be considered
- Be proficient in financial analysis and modeling
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Be willing to work extended hours
