Successful candidates shall be responsible for the review and oversight of analysts and their work, preparation of pitch books in support of business development initiatives, supporting senior bankers in planning, structuring and executing transactions, as well as maintaining business relationships with clients. Our associates are responsible for transaction process management and day-to-day deal team leadership.

The Ideal Candidates Should:

• Be graduates of Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering degree programs, preferably with an MBA
• Have at least 3-5 years work experience in an investment bank, transaction advisory unit of an accounting firm, research unit of a stock brokerage firm or corporate finance / business development unit of a large conglomerate
• Be highly proficient in financial analysis and modeling
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Be willing to work extended hours
