A seasoned investment banker, Mr. Luchangco founded Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines in 1988. Leveraging many years of experience in general management, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, property development, operations and strategy, he leads the firm’s growth and maintains key client relationships.

Aside from being Chairman & CEO of the ICCP Group of companies, Mr. Luchangco sits on the boards of public companies like Ionics, Inc., Roxas & Company, Inc., Phinma Corporation and Phinma Energy Corporation. Before ICCP, he honed his skills as Vice Chairman and President of Republic Glass Corporation, Managing Director of SGV & Company and Executive Director of SGV Goh Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. His extensive and successful career has provided him with a broad network of strong business relationships across the Philippines and overseas.

Mr. Luchangco also sits as the Philippine Co-Chair of the Philippines-Singapore Business Council, Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee of the Philippine-British Business Council, and Chairman of the Committee on Trade and Investments of the Philippines-US Business Council.

He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and graduated Magna Cum Laude, BS Chemical Engineering from the De La Salle University. He placed 8th in the Chemical Engineering Board Licensure Examination in 1962.

With extensive experience across financial services and capital markets, Mr. Bengzon serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines.

He spent 18 years in financial services, including 16 years with Citibank, where he held senior roles across consumer, corporate, and investment banking. He later joined Ayala Land, Inc., serving as Treasurer and subsequently as Chief Finance Officer. In addition to his CFO role, he held key leadership positions as Chief Compliance Officer and as Chairman and Director of various subsidiaries within the Ayala Land group. During his tenure, he played a central role in strengthening the company’s capital structure, advancing its investor relations program, and supporting the company’s expansion across multiple real estate asset classes.

Mr. Bengzon has been recognized locally and internationally for financial leadership, including Philippines Best CFO by Institutional Investor and Corporate Treasurer, ING-FINEX CFO of the Year, and Best Corporate CFO, Southeast Asia by Finance Asia.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Bengzon has played an active role in professional leadership. He has served as President of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX), Chairman of the FINEX Foundation, and Chairman of the FINEX Academy.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ateneo de Manila University and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management.

Mr. Manny Ocampo has over 30 years of experience in investment banking specializing in Equity Capital Market transactions, particularly, public and private equity offerings. With more than 20 public equity offering deals in his career (IPOs, SROs and FOOs), he has also led teams in Merger and Acquisition transactions.

Before rejoining ICCP (he had previous postings with the company from 1988 to 1995),
Mr. Ocampo was former Director for Corporate Finance at Abacus Capital & Investment Corporation, Citytrust Banking Corporation and Unionbank of the Philippines.

Now, Mr. Ocampo heads the Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines’ equity capital markets practice.

He holds an MBA from University of the Philippines and an AB Economics and BS in Business Management degrees from the De La Salle University.

Ms. Bernice Gaspar has more than 25 years of experience in various areas of Corporate Banking, including Account and Remedial Management, Credit and Risk Evaluation, Loan Syndication and Project Finance.

She was a Former Senior Vice President and Division Head in Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation. She also held corporate banking roles in Philippine National Bank and BDO Unibank, Inc.

Mr. Joseph de Lara demonstrates over 29 years of experience in Corporate & Investment Banking covering Php and USD Debt Capital Markets (Corporate Bonds and Loan Syndications), Project Finance, Strategic partnerships, M&A Advisory, and working capital management solutions. He was a Former Executive Director, Head of Global Subsidiaries of Standard Chartered Bank, and Head of Local Corporates for Citibank.
