ICCP names Augusto D. Bengzon as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

ICCP Chairman of the Executive Committee Guillermo D. Luchangco announced the election of Augusto D. Bengzon as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines (ICCP). Bengzon brings extensive leadership and financial management experience to ICCP. He worked in financial services for 18 years, including 16 years with Citibank where he served in several areas in consumer, corporate and investment banking. He then transferred to Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) as its Treasurer and subsequently assumed the role of Chief Finance Officer, while also holding various positions as Chief Compliance Officer, Chairman and Director of various subsidiaries within the Ayala Land group of companies. ICCP names Ocampo as President & COO

Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines (ICCP) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jesus Mariano “Manny” P. Ocampo to the position of President & Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1, 2025. In his new role, Mr. Ocampo will help oversee the strategic direction and take over operational management of ICCP, leveraging his extensive experience and leadership in investment banking. Amatong as an Independent Director during the company’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting held on April 25, 2025. Atty. Amatong brings a wealth of experience in sustainable finance, regulation, and governance to ICCP, one of the country’s leading independent, licensed investment houses.
