ICCP names Ocampo as President & COO
Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines (ICCP) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jesus Mariano “Manny” P. Ocampo to the position of President & Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1, 2025. In his new role, Mr. Ocampo will help oversee the strategic direction and take over operational management of ICCP, leveraging his extensive experience and leadership in investment banking. Known for his significant contributions in Equity Capital Markets, Mr. Ocampo was Senior Managing Director for Equity Capital Markets. With nearly four decades of experience, he has facilitated over 35 public equity offering transactions, including IPOs, FOOs, and SROs. Former SEC Commissioner Amatong Joins ICCP Board as Independent Director
Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines (ICCP) is pleased to announce the election of former Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Commissioner Atty. Ephyro Luis B. Amatong as an Independent Director during the company’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting held on April 25, 2025. Atty. Amatong brings a wealth of experience in sustainable finance, regulation, and governance to ICCP, one of the country’s leading independent, licensed investment houses. He currently serves as a consultant for the World Bank Group/International Finance Corporation and as an advisor to the Sustainable Banking and Finance Network (SBFN). ICCP Welcomes Successful IPO of Cebu-based Top Line, Signals Rising Momentum for Regional Businesses
The Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines (ICCP) lauded the successful initial public offering (IPO) of Cebu-based fuel distributor, Top Line Business Development Corp. (Top Line). This IPO marks a major milestone that signals promising growth for the company and regional enterprises across the Philippines. Top Line debuted on the Main Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange last April 8.
