     ICCP itself has provided equity funding to a number of promising business activities. Since inception, ICCP has made five direct investments, i.e., Science Park of the Philippines, Inc., Ionics Circuits, Inc., Fastech Systems, Inc., Manila Exposition Complex, Inc., and Stream Machine Corporationn (a US-based developer of digital video disk chips).

     Recently, ICCP has launched ICCP Ventures, Inc., a Philippine private direct investment company geared toward investing in emerging, growth companies and acquisitions in the Philippines.

     ICCP VENTURES, INC. (IVI) is a Philippine private direct investment company that was activated in February 1998 and is geared toward investing in emerging, growth companies and acquisitions in the Philippines. IVI's investment search focuses on companies that have proven proprietary products and services, a readily identifiable market position, a defined comparative advantage, a growing or stable market, and managed by an individual or a team who are successful in their respective fields and expertise.

     IVI's primary intention is to be a minority shareholder and active member of the Board of Directors in its investee companies. IVI is also prepared to take supportive role in nurturing its investee companies by providing functional value-added services in such areas as financial advisory, executive search and recruitment, and linkages via vast resources of the ICCP Group.

     IVI's major investors are leaders in their respective industries. These are:

• Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines - a niche investment banking institution reputed for its expertise and experience in financial advisory and project development. It owns or manages a total of P6 billion in assets.
• Ionics Circuits, Inc., the Philippines' largest subcontract assembler of electronic products. Ionics is a natural magnet for technology-related opportunities in the Philippines.
• Concepcion Industries group - a conglomerate having diversified interests in such areas as industrial and household air-conditioning equipment, telecommunications equipment and services. The group's investment in IVI was coursed though an affiliate, Foresight Realty & Development Corporation.
• Panay Electric Co., a power service provider based in central Philippines. Panay Electric Co. is a partnership between the Cacho family and First Philippine Holdings, Inc., which is a leading diversified holding company with a significant investment exposure in the Philippines.
• Fremont Investors, Inc., an investment company of the Bechtel group. The Bechtel group is renowned for its leadership in providing premier services to develop, engineer, construct, and manage customers' capital projects and facilities worldwide.
• Others investors, include an offshore fund and a member of reputable Filipino and Filipino-Chinese businessmen.
