Guillermo D. Luchangco 
Chairman and CEO 

     Prior to founding ICCP, Mr. Luchangco has extensive experience in management consulting services and in top executive positions in a number of large manufacturing companies. He was former Chairman of Republic Glass Corporation, the largest manufacturer of flat glass in the Philippines, and former Managing Director of the SGV Group, the leading Philippine auditing and consulting firm known worldwide and an affiliate firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. As President of Republic Glass, he was also Chairman of the Executive Committees of Nobel Philippines, Inc., a joint venture with the Nobel Group of Sweden to produce ammonium nitrate and explosives, and ACI Philippines, Inc., a fiberglass joint venture with Australian Consolidated Industries. Other past involvements includes Procter & Gamble Philippines, Inc., a paper mill, and a leather tannery. Mr. Luchangco holds the degrees of Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and B.S. Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University (magna cum laude). 
 

Rommel M. Leuterio
President and COO 

     Mr. Leuterio holds overall responsibility over the corporate finance activities of ICCP. His experience encompasses all facets of investment banking, with special expertise in project financing, loan arrangement and syndication, project development, privatization and financial advisory. 

     Prior to joining ICCP, Mr. Leuterio headed the Workout Accounts Group of Security Bank and Trust Company. Before that, Mr. Leuterio supervised a Marketing Unit of the Corporate Banking Group of the same bank. Mr. Leuterio's other previous positions include Assistant Treasurer of Bancom Development Corporation, at the time the largest investment bank in the country, and Research Consultant for the Economic Development Foundation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics (magna cum laude) from the University of the East, and MBA credits from the University of the Philippines Graduate School of Business. 
 

Jose V. Cruz
Managing Director 

     Mr. Cruz is in charge of the financial advisory/consultancy, private equity placement and privatization advisory activities of ICCP. He has extensive international investment banking and commercial banking experience from postings in New York and Los Angeles in the United States and Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Indonesia and the Philippines in Asia.. 

     Before joining ICCP, Mr. Cruz was Managing Director of AIA Capital Corporation, a member company of the American International Group engaged in investment banking and private equity activities. Prior to AIA Capital, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Syndications/Private Placements (debt and equity) of AFC Merchant Bank, a Singapore-based consortium bank owned by leading Southeast Asian banks, including DBS Bank, Bangkok Bank and Malayan Bank. He was also formerly connected with Equitable PCI Bank as its Senior Vice President, in charge of its New York and Los Angeles branches. 

     Mr. Cruz holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Columbia University, New York City. He finished his undergraduate course in Economics at the Ateneo de Manila University.  
 

Jonathan F. C. Tansengco
Senior Vice President 

     Mr. Tansengco heads the Debt Underwriting and Arrangement Group of ICCP, the team engaged in providing financial advisory and debt underwriting services to clients. 

     Before joining ICCP, Mr. Tansengco was a Consultant with the Organization and Human Resources Management Group of SGV, His functions SGV included designing, developing, and implementing customized job evaluation systems for various multinational clients in the hotel and consumer products industries. Mr. Tansengco holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the Columbia Business School where he was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
