Guillermo D. Luchangco
Chairman and CEO
Prior to founding ICCP, Mr. Luchangco has extensive experience being in several top executive positions in a number of large manufacturing companies. He was former Chairman of Republic Glass Corporation, the largest manufacturer of flat glass in the Philippines, and former Managing Director of the SGV Group, the leading Philippine auditing and consulting firm known worldwide and an affiliate firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. As President of Republic Glass, he was also Chairman of the Executive Committees of Nobel Philippines, Inc., a joint venture with the Nobel Group
of Sweden to produce ammonium nitrate and explosives, and ACI Philippines, Inc., a fiberglass joint venture with Australian Consolidated Industries. Other past involvements includes Procter & Gamble Philippines, Inc., a paper mill, and a leather tannery. Mr. Luchangco holds the degrees of Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and B.S. Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University (magna cum laude).
William M. Valtos, Jr.
Group President - Financial Services Division
Mr. William M. Valtos Jr. is Group President of the financial services division of ICCP Group, a diversified conglomerate based in the Philippines. The financial services division includes the following operating units : investment banking (Philippines), venture capital and private equity ( US and Asia), and asset management (Singapore).
He is also Senior Managing Director of ICCP Venture Partners, Inc., the venture capital management firm of ICCP Group which manages over P2.4 billion in venture capital funds. He is responsible for all aspects of venture capital, direct investment and asset management functions of the group.
Prior to joining ICCP, Mr. Valtos was Managing Director of Strategic Asset Management, Inc., a Chicago-based international direct investment firm managing US$600 million in assets. Mr. Valtos has an M.B.A. from J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Rommel M. Leuterio
President and COO
Mr. Leuterio holds overall responsibility over the corporate finance activities of ICCP. His experience encompasses all facets of investment banking, with special expertise in project financing, loan arrangement and syndication, project development, privatization and financial advisory.
Prior to joining ICCP, Mr. Leuterio headed the Workout Accounts Group of Security Bank and Trust Company. Before that, Mr. Leuterio supervised a Marketing Unit of the Corporate Banking Group of the same bank. Mr. Leuterio's other previous positions include Assistant Treasurer of Bancom Development Corporation, at the time the largest investment bank in the country, and Research Consultant for the Economic Development Foundation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics (magna cum laude) from the University of the East, and MBA credits from the University of the Philippines Graduate School of Business.
Gerald O. Florentino
Senior Vice President
Before joining ICCP, Mr. Florentino was Vice President & Head of Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Business Development at AXA Philippines. With this role, he was in charge of the annual strategic planning process and management of projects. He was also responsible for business development initiatives such as establishing new distribution channels and possible strategic acquisitions. Prior to AXA Philippines, he was connected with United Coconut Planters Bank where he first occupied the position of Assistant Vice President & Account Officer for Investment Banking Division. He later moved to Corporate Banking Division as Head of Financial Institutions Unit. From there, he became Vice President for Corporate Credit Division.
Mr. Florentino has also worked for Government of Singapore Investment Corporation as a Senior Investment Officer, for Deutsche Bank AG as Manager for Corporate Banking and Credit Risk Management, for BA Finance as Loan Officer, and for Andersen Consulting as a Technical Staff.
Mr. Florentino holds a Masters in Business Management from Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
