Shareholders

     ICCP's stockholders represent an interesting cross-sectional mix of foreign and domestic institutions as well as prominent Filipino and Filipino-Chinese individuals or families, including:

• AIG/Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company (Philamlife) Group - one of the world's leading international insurance organizations, with a presence in over 130 countries and jurisdictions. Its wholly-owned company, Philamlife, is the largest life insurance company in the Philippines.
• Development Bank of Singapore Ltd. (DBS Bank) - the largest bank in Singapore and in the ASEAN region. It is a universal bank with 15 offices in the Asia Pacific region and the major international financial centers.
• Bank of the Philippine Islands - one of the largest private domestic universal banks in the Philippines with over 613 branches.
• Other stockholders of ICCP include Dante G. Santos, the Chairman and President of Philippine Appliance Corporation; Leonardo Siguion Reyna, who heads a prominent law firm and is himself associated with a number of corporate ventures; Abeto A. Uy, the Chairman of the Philsteel Group of Companies, the largest producer of flat steel products in the country; Francisco Tiu Laurel, whose family owns the largest commercial fishing fleet in the Philippines today; and Guillermo D. Luchangco, the Chairman of ICCP.
